Yoga Class Schedule
The Mindful Moose is the pride and joy of Lotus Family Practice. It’s my dream coming alive right before my eyes. It’s the space that will be used to teach, to explore, to heal, to come together and support one another as a community. There will be a variety of wellness classes offered for our members at no extra charge. This includes yoga, meditation, tai chi, qi gong, and hopefully more to come. Our goal was to create a safe place for our patients to explore new ways to stay healthy, all under the same roof as their family doctor! ~Catherine Krouse, DO
While we grow, we invite non-members to join any class on a donation basis, so long as space is available.
